I have a motorola walkie talkie that can connect to other walkie talkies because I have spoken to other people. But I want to connect to mine.Help. I bought this a long time ago so I don’t have the manual for it. any help from anyone could be good

Okay, I have a Motorola TalkAbout 250 Two way radio, and I lost the user manual for it. The batteries are running out, and for some reason, I cannot get the battery cover off.
